Welcome!

Neighbors working together to maintain and improve the community we all love.

Shannon Pines in Fort Myers

Shannon Pines is perfectly located just south of Fort Myers and just north of Bonita Springs. Close proximity to I-75 and U.S. 41 provides easy access to the shipping and business districts of both communities as well as Naples.

The neighborhood is adjacent to the residential communities of San Carlos Park and Three Oaks, with the county park just down the street. School and the Florida Gulf Coast University are also in the immediate vicinity, providing your family with a full complement of educational and recreational opportunities.

The Shannon Pines Lot Owners' Association created this website to better serve members and residents. Please check it regularly to stay current with Association matters.

Our Association was formed in 1994 to maintain the safety, appearance, and value of our neighborhood. The primary responsibility of our Association is the maintenance of our community's storm water drainage system for the safety and benefit of all. The system worked very well during Hurricane Irma, and the Association will continue to ensure that it's maintained properly.

The Association is also responsible for enforcing our Governing Documents. Our Association's Governing Documents; Covenants & Restrictions, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Rules & Regulations, are on our "Governing Documents" page for you to view or print.  Members and residents are expected to understand and abide by them.
